Under that thin layer of rock and soil is the water level
, as you can see by the height of the guy in the trench we are about 8′ under the street level – the wonders of water and pressures – the water makes this layer of soil stronger -as concrete-
Little pieces of steel called “re-bar” go inside concrete to make “reinforced concrete” just showed up
Coordination efforts: Design-Installation-Relocation electrical service over easement portion…incredible to see things work and getting it done efficiently without disturbing any power activities of the site or neighbors
